Platform: All games will be played on Lichess.org. You must have a Lichess ID.

Time Control: 10 mins + 5 second increment. Each player must follow the designated time control.

Tournament Format: Swiss System

Fair Play Policy: Strict fair play rules apply. Use of engines, outside assistance, or advice is strictly prohibited.

Camera Requirement: Players must keep their camera and microphone on during games if required by the organizer.

Zoom Supervision: Players may be called out during the event for monitoring.

Late Arrival: Players arriving late for a round will forfeit that game.

Disconnections: If a player disconnects, they must reconnect quickly. Persistent disconnections may result in a forfeit.

Behavior: Players must maintain respectful behavior towards opponents and tournament officials at all times.

Results Reporting: Results are automatically recorded by the platform. Any disputes must be raised immediately after the game.

Tiebreaks: Tiebreaks will be decided based on Lichess.org in-built algorithm.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded based on final standings and are subject to fair play review.

Appeals: Any disputes must be brought to the tournament director within 5 minutes of game completion.

Final Decision: Tournament Director's decision is final on all matters related to the event.
